On December 15th $ 29.97 dollars was taken from my debit account. I did not authorize this transaction. This is very upsetting - especially for retired persons. This fiasco is a grave concern to me.
I feel it is paramount that this situation be corrected immediately to prevent any further, perhaps of a huge amount, devistating loss of funds.
Your agent Cindy informed on 12-21-12 me that this will be corrected within 24 hours. I an hopeful that this will be resolved in a timley maner. If not corrected I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in and for the State of Indiana.
